摘要:本发明公开了一种制备2‑重氮乙酰乙酸对硝基苄酯的方法,属于医药化工技术领域.其技术方案为:一种制备2‑重氮乙酰乙酸对硝基苄酯的方法,以对硝基甲苯,经溴代反应得到对硝基苄溴,对硝基苄溴和乙酰乙酸酯在催化剂催化下得到乙酰乙酸对硝基苄酯,乙酰乙酸对硝基苄酯与进一步与甲磺酰氯和叠氮化钠反应得到2‑重氮乙酰乙酸对硝基苄酯.本发明反应之后的溴可以循环套用到对硝基甲苯溴代反应制备对硝基苄溴中,实现原料的循环利用,降低成本的同时,可减少三废的排放.
