摘要:通过串联1,4-共轭加成/半缩醛化/半缩酮化,开发了抗坏血酸对各种α,β-不饱和醛的有机催化加成方法,为合成一类具有5-5-5螺二内酯核的抗坏血酸盐天然产物提供了一条快速途径.基于所描述的化学反应,实现了白藜芦素,勒维丁和提出的二螺二酚内酯结构的全程合成.
