摘要:This invention represents a method for preparation of oil palm bunches for enzymatic hydrolysis and allows accelerating enzymatic hydrolysis of polysaccharides in soluble carbohydrides. The method is intended for obtaining carbohydride solutions with the aim of their conversion in ethanol or other products of microbiological synthesis by subsequent saccharification and simultaneous co-fermentation. As a feedstock, empty fruit bunches — waste of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis) - are preferably used which are formed in the course of palm oil production. Elimination of hindering effect of biogenic silicon dioxide and polyphenols together with the stepped elevation of reaction ability of polysaccharides through alternation of mechanical activation and enzymatic hydrolysis from the basis of the method.

摘要:New biologically active compounds are described which inhibit the cellular formation of niacinamide mononucleotide, and essential intermediate of the NAD(P) biosynthesis in the cell. These compounds can represent the active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancers, leukaemias or for immunosuppression. Furthermore, screening methods are described as a tool for detecting the above active compounds, and for examination of a given cell type for its dependency on niacinamide as a precursor for NAD synthesis.
