    摘要:本发明涉及一种烟酸衍生物的制备方法,本方法以n‑苄基哌啶‑4‑酮‑3‑甲酸酯为原料,经氢解反应得到哌啶‑4‑酮‑3‑甲酸酯,然后和一定量的卤代试剂经卤代反应得到3,5‑二卤代哌啶‑4‑酮‑3‑甲酸酯或3,5,5‑三卤代哌啶‑4‑酮‑3‑甲酸酯,再和不同碱性试剂"一锅法"经消除脱去卤化氢,水解,盐酸酸化,得到相应烟酸衍生物:4‑羟基烟酸,4‑氨基烟酸,4‑羟基‑5‑氯烟酸,4‑羟基‑5‑溴烟酸,4‑氨基‑5‑氯烟酸和4‑氨基‑5‑溴烟酸.本发明操作简便,条件温和,工艺流程短,废水量低,绿色环保,成本低,有利于所述烟酸衍生物的绿色工业化生产.
