摘要:Disclosed in the present invention are a polyimide precursor and a synthetic method therefor, and a photosensitive resin composition comprising the polyimide precursor. The synthesis method comprises: in a solvent, reacting a dianhydride, an alcohol having a free radical polymerizable unsaturated double bond, and a side-chain modifier under the catalysis of a basic catalyst; adding a dehydration condensation agent thereto, and stirring the mixture; adding a diamine thereto for reaction, finally adding an end-capping agent to quench the reaction, and filtering the mixture; and adding the filtrate to a poor solvent within 0-2 h, precipitating a solid polyimide precursor resin, and refrigerating same, wherein the side-chain modifier is selected from any one or more of an alcohol side-chain modifier, an ether alcohol side-chain modifier and an amine side-chain modifier; and the end-capping agent is selected from any one or more of an alcohol end-capping agent, an ether alcohol end-capping agent and an amine end-capping agent. On the basis of not changing the main structure of the polyimide precursor, the present invention improves the dissolvability of the functional resin, controls the dissolution rate thereof, and ensures the performance of the final polyimide film after the functional resin has been heated and cured.
