摘要:本发明公开了一种n,N,N'‑三甲基‑n'‑羟乙基双氨基乙基醚的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1),在溶剂ⅰ中,以n,N‑二甲基乙醇胺和氯乙醛缩二甲醇为原料,依次经亲核取代,水解后,获得作为中间产物的2‑[2‑(二甲基氨基)乙氧基]乙醛;2),在溶剂ⅱ中,将n‑甲基乙醇胺与2‑[2‑(二甲基氨基)乙氧基]乙醛混合,以raney Ni作为催化剂,以此作为反应体系进行加氢胺化,制得n,N,N'‑三甲基‑n'‑羟乙基双氨基乙基醚.采用上述方法制备n,N,N'‑三甲基‑n'‑羟乙基双氨基乙基醚,具有工艺简洁,成本低,收率高,污染少的特点.
