摘要:本发明公开了2,4,5‑三氟‑3‑甲氧基苯甲酰氯的合成方法,该方法包括:(1)以金属卤化物为催化剂,将n‑甲基四氟邻苯二甲酰亚胺置于碱性环境中,经羟基化反应得4‑羟基‑3,5,6‑三氟邻苯二甲酸的钠盐;(2)向反应体系中加入酸,经脱羧反应得2,4,5‑三氟‑3‑羟基苯甲酸;(3)在碱性条件下,向反应体系中依次加入甲基化试剂和酸,经甲基化反应,酸化反应得2,4,5‑三氟‑3‑甲氧基苯甲酸;(4)将2,4,5‑三氟‑3‑甲氧基苯甲酸与氯化亚砜混合,经酰化反应得2,4,5‑三氟‑3‑甲氧基苯甲酰氯.本发明的合成方法路线短,碱用量少,副反应少,反应总摩尔收率达82.5%,产物纯度达99.6%以上.
