摘要:本发明属于头孢匹罗类药物合成技术领域,具体的涉及一种硫酸头孢匹罗的合成方法.以gcle和ae活性酯为原料,在碱和催化剂的作用下反应,萃取,稀盐酸调节ph析晶,得化合物a;将活化剂加入有机溶剂中搅拌至溶清,加入化合物a,滴加2,3‑环戊烯并吡啶,滴毕有固体析出,即为化合物b;将化合物b加入水和醇的混合溶剂中,加热搅拌至溶解,用硫酸调ph值析晶,得硫酸头孢匹罗.本发明以gcle为原料,避免了昂贵的催化剂的使用,且所用溶剂和活化试剂便宜易得,大大降低了生产成本.本发明所述的合成方法,合成工艺路线简单,反应步骤少,操作方便,副反应少,所制备的硫酸头孢匹罗的纯度和收率高.
