    摘要:描述了一些作为噻虫啉可能代谢产物的硫氧杂蒽衍生物(vi-盐酸盐)的合成.用溴化氰对vi进行的von Braun降解会导致脱甲基衍生物9-[((3-哌啶基)-甲基]-噻吨并蒽(viii).在20°下用过氧化氢氧化甲硫磷,得到两种甾体亚砜ix和x的混合物.通过制备纸色谱法对其进行分离.在100°时,相同的氧化剂将methixelz氧化为砜iv.这也可以通过将噻吨-10,10-二氧化物(11)烷基化而获得.用过氧化氢氧化时,脱甲基衍生物viii在20°时提供亚砜xi(以不均匀的空间状态分离),在100°时提供砜v.
