摘要:摘要鉴于c-葡萄糖基异黄酮通常具有有前途的生物活性,因此开发一种用于此类分子的有效合成方法可用于药物开发.因此,开发了一种高效的五步策略,用于葛根素(一种异黄酮c-糖苷)的全合成.使用在芳环上具有给电子基团的烷基取代基4-Ch 3 oc 6 H 4 Ch 2 Ch 2来提高酚的反应性和酚糖苷的oc重排的区域选择性.因此,苯酚1C的乙苯衍生物与糖基三氟乙酰亚氨酸酯2的偶联产生c-糖苷3C,收率为46.2%,其易于用三氟乙酸去叔丁基化并用2,3-二氰基5.6氧化.-二氯苯醌生产脱氧苯偶姻5.5的闭环反应,然后脱保护,得到葛根素.这种新的合成策略也适用于其他c-葡萄糖基异黄酮的全合成.
