摘要:本发明提供了一种2,3‑二氯吡啶的合成方法,包括如下步骤:环戊酮与盐酸羟胺反应,以氢氧化钠为缚酸剂,得到化合物a;化合物a在二氯亚砜作用下,发生贝克曼重排反应,得到化合物b;化合物b在醋酸钴催化下,与硼氢化钠反应得到化合物c;化合物c在氯化铵催化下,得到化合物d;化合物d在偶氮二异丁腈作用下,与氯气反应得到化合物e;化合物e和叔丁基次溴酸酯反应,得到2,3‑二氯吡啶.本发明操作步骤简单,所用反应原料廉价易得,总摩尔收率为68.88%,生产出来的2,3‑二氯吡啶纯度为98.0%以上,产品的质量较好,适合于工业化生产.
