摘要:The invention relates to a synchronous CCU method (carbon dioxide capture and utilisation) for the absorption of carbon dioxide from flue gas and other CO 2 -containing substance sources and simultaneous synthesis of dialkyl carbonates and alkylene carbonates. The general subject matter of the invention is, in terms of a 'carbon dioxide capture' on the one hand, the absorption of CO 2 from flue gas and other CO 2 -containing substance sources with ammonia and/or amines to form ammonium carbamates or ammonium hydrogen carbonates or ureas or urea intermediates and, in terms of a 'carbon dioxide utilisation' on the other hand, the reaction of ammonium carbamates or ammonium hydrogen carbonates or ureas or urea intermediates with aliphatic, alicyclic or unsaturated alcohols, and including unsaturated aromatic alcohols to give dialkyl carbonates or alkylene carbonates in such a form that the CO 2 n absorption agent is re-released and fed back into the repetitive process again. A repetitive process control is extremely energy and CO 2 n efficient.

摘要:Efficient synthetic methods towards mixed aliphatic carbonates through the three component couplings of aliphatic alcohols, alkyl halides and carbon dioxide in the presence of cesium carbonate and tetrabutylammonium iode (TBAI). Due to their enhanced nucleophilicities, cesium alkoxides are smoothly incorporated into CO 2 , allowing for mild reaction conditions such as ambient temperatures and short reaction durations. Various primary and secondary substrates are compatible under the standard conditions, offering high yields, while chiral templates such as α-hydroxy carbonyls are resistant to racemization.

摘要:A process for the continuous synthesis of dialkyl carbonates of the general formula I ##STR1## in which R denotes C 1 -C 4 -alkyl, by reaction of C 1 -C 4 -alkanols with carbon monoxide and oxygen at elevated temperature and pressure and in the presence of a copper-containing catalyst dissolved or suspended in the reaction medium, wherein n a) a gas stream containing carbon monoxide and oxygen is bubbled through the alkanol/catalyst mixture present in the reactor at a rate of from 1 to 100 liters per hours per gram of copper present in the reactor, part of which gas stream reacts with the alkanol to form dialkyl carbonate and water, which components are continuously entrained, together with alkanol, as a gaseous mixture, from the reaction mixture by means of the remaining, unreacted portion of the carbon monoxide/oxygen gas stream, whereupon n b) the resulting gaseous mixture is separated, in a separator, into gaseous and liquid phases, the gaseous phase being recycled to the reactor if desired, and n c) the liquid phase, which essentially consists of dialkyl carbonate, water and alkanol, is separated into its components, the dialkyl carbonate being isolated and the alkanol, if desired, recycled to the reactor, and n d) the liquid in the reactor is replenished by adding fresh or recycled alkanol at the rate at which the alkanol is consumed and discharged.
