摘要:本发明涉及一种3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚的制备方法,包括下述步骤:(1)以质量浓度为80~90%的二氧六环水溶液作为反应溶剂,在碳酸钙作用下,3-硝基-4-氨基苯酚与氯甲酸氯丙酯进行缩合反应;(2)滴加入质量浓度为40~55%的碱液进行水解反应,控制滴加温度50~55°C,滴加毕,在58~65oc保温反应0.5~5H后,冷却至30~40°C,调ph至5.5~6.5后,蒸除乙醇得3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚粗品;(3)3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚粗品在质量浓度为18~22%的正丙醇水溶液进行打浆处理后得到3-硝基-4-羟丙基氨基苯酚.本发明总收率可以达到90%及以上;两步反应可以使用一锅法生产,在生产上操作简单,具有副产物少,产品质量高,污染少,对设备的要求低等优点.
