摘要:本发明提供了一种2,4‑二氯苯氧乙酸酯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1)苯酚和氯乙酸甲酯在碱性条件下进行反应,得到苯氧乙酸甲酯;S2)苯氧乙酸甲酯在催化剂a和催化剂b的作用下,和氯化剂进行选择性氯化反应,得到2,4‑二氯苯氧乙酸甲酯;所述催化剂a为路易斯酸;所述催化剂b为c5~22的硫醚,噻唑,异噻唑,噻吩或它们的卤代衍生物;S3)2,4‑二氯苯氧乙酸甲酯和醇在催化剂的作用下进行酯交换反应,得到2,4‑二氯苯氧乙酸酯;所述醇为c2~20的醇.本发明以苯氧乙酸甲酯为原料进行选择性氯化反应,提高了反应的选择性,避免了有效成分的损失,有效成分的收率大幅提高,且降低了三废处理量,三废处理难度和处理成本.
