摘要:The present invention relates to a production method of sol-gel ( 100 ) comprising tantalum metal and a method ( 200 ) concerning use of the sol-gel produced for enrichment of phosphopeptides by means of a microextraction syringe. The syringe which is filled with the sol-gel comprising tantalum metal enables to make analysis of natural samples, that comprise low amount of phosphoprotein, with high precision and in a very short time and it shows compliance with mass spectrometric techniques. Thus, it can be used for application of fast and practical analytical methods for the analysis made in phosphoproteomics studies wherein mass spectrometric techniques are used.

摘要:Methods are described for manufacturing silica-based glass, in which silica precursor material is supplied to a synthesis flame in the form of an emulsion. The methods involve the steps of: forming an emulsion of an aqueous phase in a non-aqueous liquid silica precursor material; supplying the emulsion as a spray of droplets into a synthesis flame, whereby the precursor material is converted in the flame into a silica-containing soot; and collecting the soot on a substrate, either as a porous soot body for subsequent consolidation to glass or directly as a substantially pore-free glass.

摘要:Processes and a new family of chromium-based catalysts for the catalytic conversion of hydrocarbons to carbon monoxide and hydrogen are disclosed. One highly active and selective catalyst system, providing greater than 95% CH4 conversion, and 97-98 % selectivity to CO and H2 at conversion-promoting conditions and high space velocity, is a chromium-containing catalyst consisting of a CoCr2O4 cubic spinel precursor dispersed in a chromium oxide matrix. The catalyst precursor is reduced to cobalt metal (in a chromium oxide matrix) in the reactant stream.

摘要:A new family of crystalline metal oxide compositions have been synthesized. These compositions are described by the empirical formula: n n n A n NbM x M′ y M″ m O p n n n where A is an alkali metal cation, ammonium ion and mixtures thereof, M is tungsten, molybdenum, or mixtures thereof. M′ is vanadium, tantalum and mixtures thereof, and M″ is antimony, tellurium and mixtures thereof. M′ and M″ are optional metals. These compositions are characterized by having an x-ray diffraction pattern having at least one peak at a d spacing of about 3.9 â„«. A hydrothermal synthesis procedure as well as processes using the composition, e.g., ammoxidation of propane, are also disclosed.
