摘要:本发明提供了一种n-酰基酸性氨基酸或其盐的制备方法,包括在碱性条件下使脂肪酰氯和氨基酸进行酰胺化反应.该制备方法的特点在于,在酰胺化反应中,水被用作溶剂,酸性氨基酸或其盐被用作主要原料,少量的中性氨基酸或其盐被用作辅助原料,该方法包括以下步骤:在搅拌条件下,首先滴加脂肪酰氯到酸性氨基酸或其盐的水溶液中;加入碱调节反应溶液的ph值;在滴加一定量的脂肪酰氯后,加入中性氨基酸或其盐的水溶液,并继续滴加脂肪酰氯直至加完为止,并搅拌以维持反应.该制备方法利用水相系统下混合氨基酸和脂肪酰氯的反应,使氨基酸和酰氯的转化率显著提高,残留氨基酸的量大大降低.产品可以经过简单的后处理直接用作表面活性剂,从而大大降低成本.
