摘要:The application relates to a core-shell particle having a) a cross-linked polyelectrolyte core, and b) a silica-based shell having covalently bound thereto one or more groups of formula –R–F, wherein R is an organic group and F is a functional moiety. The application also relates to a method of synthesis of a core-shell particle, the method comprising the steps of: a) providing a cross-linked polyelectrolyte core template, b) coating the core template with a silica-based shell, and c) introducing one or more groups of formula –R–F covalently bound to the silica-based shell, wherein R is an organic group and F is a functional moiety.
