摘要:本发明属于有机合成领域,具体涉及一种2,5‑二溴‑3‑甲基吡啶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将2‑氨基‑3‑甲基吡啶和醋酐加到四口烧瓶中,升温至回流,薄层色谱跟踪反应;(2)等步骤(1)中的反应液温度降至20‑25oc时,滴加液溴,滴完,50‑60oc反应2‑3H,加水至所有固体溶解后,滴加氢氧化钠溶液,加完继续反应30Min,抽滤,干燥,重结晶得2‑氨基3‑甲基‑5‑溴吡啶;(3)将2‑氨基‑3‑甲基‑5‑溴吡啶加入溴化氢溶液中,在溴化亚铜的催化下,滴加饱和亚硝酸钠溶液,温度控制在‑5~10°C,反应2‑4H,得2,5‑二溴‑3‑甲基吡啶.本发明方法的有益效果是:反应条件温和,收率高,成本较低,工艺路线短,适于工业化生产.
