摘要:本发明公开了一种2-甲氧基-3,6-二氯苯甲酸的制备方法.本发明的制备方法包括如下步骤:甲醇中,甲醇钠作用下,将2,3,6-三氯苯甲酸进行醚化反应,制得2-甲氧基-3,6-二氯苯甲酸;所述2,3,6-三氯苯甲酸与甲醇钠的摩尔比为1:1~1:10.本发明的制备方法还可包括如式2所述的化合物经过氯化反应,脱除叔丁基或磺酸基的反应,氧化反应制得所述2,3,6-三氯苯甲酸的步骤.本发明的制备方法操作简单,原料价格低廉,生产成本低,后处理方便,反应条件温和,环境友好,收率较高,反应时间较短,适于工业化生产.
