摘要:Facile syntheses for fluorinated resorcinol and aminophenol derivatives are provided that yield isomer-free products in good yield. These novel methods use generally available precursors and standard laboratory reagents and equipment to reproducibly produce these synthetically useful reagents in relatively large quantities. The resulting fluorinated resorcinols and aniinophenols possess utility in the preparation of fluorinated fluorescein and rhodol dyes.

摘要:Disclosed is a system and method for production of DNA particles and use thereof. The DNA particles can be produced by amplification of nucleic acid molecule(s). Alternatively, DNA particles can be prepared by condensing multiple DNA molecules. The DNA condensation into a particle is mainly triggered by pyrophosphate and positively charged cations (e.g. magnesium). DNA particles can be applied for numerous biological applications but not limited to directed evolution, proteomics, drug delivery and imaging. DNA particles can be used to synthesize proteins using in vitro transcription/translation reaction.

摘要:Our invention relates to novel enantiomer derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives with general formula (I) and (II) and the synthesis thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and metal complexes thereof, and the medicinal and/or pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds. n n n n n n n n n n The essence of the subject matter of the invention relates to the fact that prior art discloses the biological effect and characteristics only of the racemic products, the novel enantiomer derivatives according to the invention appear in our application for the first. n The subject matter of the invention furthermore relates to a novel, stereoselective synthesis for the preparation of the novel enantiomer derivatives according to the invention. The novel medicinal and/or pharmaceutical compositions comprising these enantiomers are suitable for the treatment of the named diseases, and the enanatiomers are used for manufacture of these compositions. These applications for manufacture of the compositions are also the subject matters of the invention. The compounds according to the invention can be used preferably as cytoprotective, neuroprotective, cardioprotective, anxiolytic and antidepressant agent for treatment of neuropsychiatric and neurologic diseases and diseases in connections with transplantations and with ischemia and reperfusion injuries thereof, and inhibition of organ, advantageously skin graft rejection. According to our studies the R-enantiomer has either sole or high biological effect in some cases.

摘要:An analytical system for rapid detection and identification of different analytes directly from a test sample by mixing test material with a germinogenic source and enzyme-free spores, allowing the mixture to stand for a time to allow analyte-induced spore germination and subsequent de novo synthesis of an enzyme capable of producing a germinant in the presence of the germinogenic source and detecting the presence of a germination-derived product. The germinant which is formed promotes further spore germination with concomitant additional de novo enzyme synthesis which results in a propagating cascade of analyte-independent germination after which a germination-derived product can be easily detected. The technique is particularly efficient to conduct thousands of parallel assays in an array of microscopic wells.
