摘要:已经制备了同时与硅连接的同时含有氯和二甲基氨基的几种新化合物.一般的方法包括使合适的聚氯硅烷在乙醚中的溶液在约200oc下反应.-用二甲胺的乙醚溶液冷却50°.以这种方式制备的是ch 3 Si(nme 2)cl 2,Ch 3 Si(nme 2)2-Cl,Phsi(nme 2)cl 2,Phsi(nme 2)2 Cl,Ch 3(h)si(nme 2)氯,(ch 3)2的si(nme 2)氯,Ch 2 ch(ch3)si(nme 2)cl和ph 2 Si(nme 2)cl.这些化合物的光谱与全卤和全胺系列光谱的比较表明,用nme 2代替cl导致与硅连接的其他基团的共振发生高场移位,该移位与在取代ch 3时观测到的平行对于cl.红外光谱中的ν(sih)和NMR光谱中的δ(sih)呈线性关系.

摘要:The object of the present invention is to provide a production method wherein synthesis of a cyclic organic silicon compound similar to oxa-silacyclopentanes is completed in a single-step reaction. It is also to provide an organic silicon resin having an alcoholic hydroxyl group, which is capable of easily controlling its construction and is longitudinally stable. n The means for solving is to produce the cyclic organic silicon compound represented by the formula (3) below by reacting an olefin represented by the formula (1) below and an alkoxysilane represented by the formula (2) below in the presence of a catalyst comprising a transition metal. n n(In the formula, Z is alkenyl group having carbon atoms from 2 to 5 where the terminal carbon atom forms a Câ•?C bond, R is methyl group or hydrogen atom, and Me is methyl group.)n n n(In the formula, R 1 is alkyl group or alkoxyl group, having carbon atoms from 1 to 3, and R 2 is alkyl group having carbon atoms from 1 to 3.)n n n(In the formula, Z′ is alkylene group having carbon atoms from 2 to 5.)n n And it is an organic silicon resin having an alcoholic hydroxyl group obtained by performing hydrolysis and condensation of a cyclic organic silicon compound represented by the formula (3) above, or of a mixture of this and a polyfunctional alkoxyilane.
