摘要:The present invention relates to a field of compound synthesis and specifically to novel method for the synthesis of 6-methyl-17α-acetoxy-19-norpregn-4,6-diene-3,20-dione. According to the method, norethisterone is used as the starting material to prepare 6-methyl-17α-acetoxy-19-norpregn-4,6-diene-3,20-dione. The method overcomes the defects in the prior art, simplifies the operation and reduces the production cost. The reaction operations are simple, yields are high, and the yield of each step is greater than or equal to 80%.
