摘要:本发明提供了一种合成2‑o‑(3‑胺基丙基氢磷酰基)‑抗坏血酸的方法,在本发明的方法中,以一种极其廉价易得的商品丙酮叉保护抗坏血酸,N‑boc‑3‑胺基丙醇和三氯氧磷为原料,经过酯化和水解反应后得到2‑o‑(3‑胺基丙基氢磷酰基)‑抗坏血酸.该方法能够以很低的成本,较少的步骤方便的得到高纯度高产率的2‑o‑(3‑胺基丙基氢磷酰基)‑抗坏血酸产品,且该反应的反应条件温和,易于控制,环境污染极小,收率较传统工艺提高了至少30%,成本则为传统工艺的10%不到,极其适合工业化生产.
