摘要:本发明公开了一种香兰醇醚的合成方法,属于精细化工技术领域.本发明的合成方法包括以下步骤:将香兰素溶解于溶剂中,搅拌均匀后向其中加入金属复氢化物和烷基化试剂,在30~40oc下反应3~4H,得到香兰醇醚溶液,对香兰醇醚溶液进行分离提纯后即得香兰醇醚.本发明的合成方法采用一锅法制备香兰醇醚,操作简单,反应条件温和,反应过程易控制,生产成本低,三废少,通过本发明的合成方法制得的香兰醇醚产率高,纯度高,易实现工业化生产.
