摘要:本发明属于有机合成技术领域,公开了一种.一锅法合成乙基己基甘油的方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)将异辛醇,酮类溶剂以及强碱混合,加热升温,保温下滴加环氧氯丙烷,滴加完毕继续保温反应至环氧氯丙烷反应完成;反应完成后向反应液中和,分层除去副反应产生的盐并中和过量的碱;水洗,浓缩除水,在脱水后浓缩液中加入酸性催化剂,加热搅拌进行环合反应;(4)反应完成后向反应液加入甲酸水溶液进行水解反应,反应过程中蒸馏出酮类以及甲酸,水层返回水解体系中,至水解反应结束;(5)反应结束后,蒸馏回收酮类溶剂,甲酸后,减压蒸馏得到乙基己基甘油.本发明解决了现有技术中溶剂种类较多,反应复杂,工艺不流畅的问题.
