摘要:本发明公开了一种高效率合成2‑苯基‑1,3‑丙二醇的方法,包括以下步骤:首先制备硅酸盐活性剂;然后以苯乙酸乙酯,甲酸甲酯,二异丙基碳二亚胺为原料进行缩合反应;制得α‑甲酰基苯乙酸乙酯;然后以硼氢化钠为氢化还原剂,自制的硅酸盐活化剂促进还原反应,还原α‑甲酰基苯乙酸乙酯制得2‑苯基‑1,3‑丙二醇.该方法制得的2‑苯基‑1,3‑丙二醇纯度高,收率高,且反应时间短,成本低.

摘要:The synthesis of omega-hydroxyalkyl-urethanes, and of alfa-omega-diurethanes is reported which includes the reaction of diols with urea in presence of catalysts based on Ce at temperatures between 125 and 170°C over 4-8 h reaction time. A process for the production of oligomers of omega-hydroxyalkyl-urethanes is also reported based on the reaction of urea with diols in presence of Ce or Zr catalysts or Ce mixed oxides at 125-170°C over 4-20 h.
