摘要:本发明涉及一种n-甲基六氢杂卓-4-酮盐酸盐的合成方法,以n-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(Nmp)为原料,在盐酸存在下加热回流制得4-甲氨基丁酸盐酸盐,加入到甲醇和氯化亚砜中进行单酯化反应制得4-甲氨基丁酸甲酯盐酸盐,再加入到丙烯酸甲酯,三乙胺和甲醇的溶液中反应制得双酯,将双酯与叔丁醇钾等金属有机醇环化反应得n-甲基六氢杂卓-4-酮,最后成盐结晶得n-甲基六氢杂卓-4-酮盐酸盐.本发明产品纯度和收率高,工艺操作简便,整个反应可使用单一溶剂,回收方便,废水量小,综合成本低,适用于大规模生产.
