摘要:The invention relates to the compounds 3-(1´,1´ -dimethylallyl)-herniarin (1) y 3- (1,1´-dimethyl-3´ nitro allyl-herniarin] (3) (NHR) derived from coumarin, which have excellent antidepressant activity. The compound 3- (1,1´-dimethyl-3´ nitro allyl-herniarin] (3) (NHR) is synthesised by means of a nitration reaction of the compound 3-(1´,1´-dimethylallyl)-herniarin. The present invention also relates to the method for the isolation and synthesis of the compound 3 -(1´,1´-dimethylallyl)-herniarin.

摘要:The invention describes novel nitrosated and/or nitrosylated pyruvate compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and novel compositions comprising at least one nitrosated and/or nitrosylated pyruvate compound, and, optionally, at least one compound that donates, transfers or releases nitric oxide, stimulates endogenous synthesis of nitric oxide, elevates endogenous levels of endothelium-derived relaxing factor or is a substrate for nitric oxide synthase, and/or at least one therapeutic agent. 摘要:New anticonvulsant compounds have been synthesized with a chlorine or fluorine atom in the position para of the phenyl ring. These compounds include DL-2-hydroxy-2-(4'-chlorophenyl)butyramide, DL-2-hydroxy-2-(4'-fluorophenyl)butyramide, DL-3-hydroxy-3-(4'-chlorophenyl)pentanamide, DL-3-hydroxy-3-(4'-fluorophenyl)pentanamide, DL-4-hydroxy-4-(4'-chlorophenyl)hexanamide and DL-4-hydroxy-4-(4'-fluorophenyl)hexanamide. Said compounds have a rather significant anticonvulsant activity against convulsions produced by pentylene tetrazol, as well as unexpected properties in particular a high affinity to the GABAB receptor in addition to a sustained anticonvulsant activity. The invention also relates to methods for the synthesis of halogenated phenyl alcohol amides such as indicated in the examples given in the disclosure.

摘要:The present invention relates generally to a method of treating a condition which manifests itself by the reduction in levels of a proteinaceous product. The present invention further provides a composition comprising a genetic construct which encodes insulin or a precursor thereof or a functional derivative or homologue of insulin or its precursor.
