摘要:本发明公开了一种亚氨基二乙酸二叔丁酯的制备方法,用氨和氯乙酸叔丁酯为原料,包括以下步骤:于密闭条件下,使氨和氯乙酸叔丁酯在有机溶剂中反应,氨和氯乙酸叔丁酯的摩尔比为1:1~6,反应温度为10~65°C,反应压力为常压,反应时间为2~10H;反应结束后冷却至室温,过滤;滤液旋转蒸发除去有机溶剂后冷却至0°C,析出的固体为亚氨基二乙酸二叔丁酯.本发明所使用的溶剂无毒性,无污染,溶剂可以循环使用,本发明不使用任何催化剂和助催化剂,反应分离方法简单,产品亚氨基二乙酸二叔丁酯收率高.
