合成路线:The triazolecarboxaldehyde (I) is oxidized by means of MnO2 in the presence of NaCN in MeOH to produce the methyl ester (II).Subsequent reaction of ester (II) with hydrazine hydrate leads to hydrazide (III).This is then condensed with 4-bromobenzaldehyde (IV) to furnish the target acylhydrazone derivative.
