合成路线:2-Amino-4-chlorobenzonitrile (I) is reacted with NaN3 in the presence of NH4Cl to produce the tetrazole derivative (II).Further condensation of the aminophenyltetrazole (II) with 3-bromophenyl isocyanate (III) gives rise to the desired N,N'-diaryl urea.
