合成路线:The known (methylmercapto)benzodiazepine (I) was condensed with isonicotinic hydrazide (II) in refluxing EtOH to give the intermediate hydrazinobenzodiazepine (III),which under the reaction conditions cyclized to the target triazolobenzodiazepine.
