合成路线:Benzylic bromination of 2-methylquinoline (I) by means of N-bromosuccinimide afforded 2-(bromomethyl)quinoline (II).Dimerization of (II) using ethylenediamine gave the corresponding bis(quinolylmethyl)ethylenediamine,which was finally converted to the tetrahydrochloride salt.
