合成路线:The known indolopyrrolocarbazole (I) was protected as the bis-Boc derivative (II) upon treatment with Boc2O and NaH in DMF.Alkylation of (II) with ethyl iodide in the presence of NaH furnished the mono-ethyl compound (III),which was finally deprotected by means of HCl in EtOAc.
