合成路线:By condensation of 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (I) with 6-[4-(4-chlorobutoxy)phenyl]imidazo[1,2-b]thiazole (II) by means of Na2CO3/NaI in refluxing methyl isobutyl ketone.

合成路线:Coupling between phenol derivative (I) and 1-bromo-4-chlorobutane (II) by means of either Na2CO3/NaI or K2CO3 in refluxing 5-methyl-2-hexanone affords 4-chlorobutoxy derivative (III),which is then converted into the desired product by condensation with (2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine dihydrochloride (IV),either by means of Na2CO3/NaI or with K2CO3 in refluxing 5-methyl-2-hexanone.
