合成路线:Quinolinecarboxylic acid (I) was treated with boron trifluoride etherate in refluxing methyl isobutyl ketone to produce the boron chelate (II).Subsequent displacement of the 7-fluoro group of (II) by 1-(2-pyrimidinyl)piperazine (III) furnished adduct (IV).The boron chelate was finally removed by refluxing with triethylamine in methanol.
