合成路线:A new synthesis of AS-101 has been reported:By reaction of tellurium tetrachloride (I) with ethylene glycol (II) and ammonium chloride (III) at 80 C.A mechanism for the unusual synthesis in refluxing acetonitrile,reported previously in the original monograph,is also suggested.
