合成路线:This compound can be obtained as follows: The comdensation of 1-adamantanecarboxylic acid (I) with 2-(dimethylamino)ethanol (II) by means of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) gives 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl 1-adamantanecarboxylate (III),which is then quaternized with decyl bromide (IV).
