合成路线:A new synthesis for flutrimazole has been reported:The Grignard condensation of 2-fluorobenzophenone (I) with 4-fluorophenylmagnesium bromide (II) gives the corresponding triphenylcarbinol (III),which by reaction with refluxing SOCl2 is converted to the trityl chloride (IV).Finally,this compound is condensed with imidazole (V) in acetonitrile.
