合成路线:The demethylation-oxidation of khelline (I) with HNO3 gives khellinequinone (II),which is reduced with SO2 to khellinequinol (III).The reaction of (III) with epichlorohydrine by means of triethylamine yields the 2,3-epoxypropyl ether (IV),which is treated with benzyl tert-butylamine at 120 C to afford the tertiary amine (V).Finally this compound is debenzylated by hydrogenation with H2 over Pd/C in methanol - acetic acid.
