合成路线:The reaction of 1-[2-(alpha-furoyl)ethyl]piperazine (I) with 2-hydroxymethylbenzimidazol (II) in refluxing ethanol - water gives 1-[2-(alpha-furoyl)ethyl]-2-hydroxymethylbenzimidazol (III),which by reaction with SOCl2 in chloroform is converted to 1-[2-(alpha-furoyl)ethyl]-1-chloromethylbenzimidazol (IV).Finally this compound is condensed with 1-cinnamylpiperazine (V) by means of Na2CO3 in refluxing ethyl acetate.
