合成路线:The required phenylenediamine (II) was prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of 4-chloro-N-methyl-2-nitroaniline (I) over Raney-Nickel.Cyclocondensation of phenylenediamine (II) with 50% aqueous CF3COOH gave the corresponding 2-(trifluoromethyl)benzimidazole derivative.
