合成路线:N-Cyclopropylmethylnorcodeine (I) was converted to thebainone (II) upon treatment with butyllithium,and then hydrogenated over Pd/C to afford dihydrothebainone (III).Then,Fischer indole synthesis of (III) with phenylhydrazine in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid furnished the title compound.
