合成路线:By treating 3-methylxanthine (I) with sodium hydroxide and 1-bromo-5-hexanone (II) to give 3-methyl-7-(5-oxohexyl)xanthine (III),which is reacted to (IV) with 1-bromopropane (A) in the same way.Compound (IV) is reduced to the title compound with sodium borohydride.
