合成路线:Reaction of dimethyl N-cyanodithioiminocarbonate (I) with cyclohexylamine (II) in ethanol afforded isothiourea (III).Then,the title compound was prepared by condensation between an excess of isothiourea (III) and the sodium salt of sulfonamide IV,generated in the presence of NaOH in DMF-dioxane.
