合成路线:The title compound was prepared from the previously reported isoxazole (I).Quaternization of (I) by using trimethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate gave the isoxazolium salt (II).This was then reduced with NaBH4 in EtOH to afford the desired isoxazoline.
