合成路线:The intermediate thiourea (III) was prepared by condensation of 4-chlorobenzylamine (I) with cyclohexyl isothiocyanate (II).The S-alkylation of thiourea (III) with 4-(bromopropyl)imidazole (IV) provided the target substituted isothiourea.
