合成路线:The cycloaddition reaction of nitrone (II) to the maleic acid diamide cyclic derivative (I) in hot DMSO produced a 3:7 mixture of adducts (III) and (IV).The same reaction in toluene as the solvent afforded a 4:30 mixture of (III) and (IV).The desired minor isomer (III) was then isolated by flash chromatography.
