合成路线:The known 9alpha-fluoroprednisolone-16alpha-carboxylate derivative (I) was reacted with methanesulfonyl chloride and triethylamine to give the primary mesylate (II).Displacement of the mesylate group of (II) by LiCl in hot DMF produced the title chloro ketone.
