合成路线:The known 6-[3-(aminomethyl)bicyclo[2.2.2]octan-2-yl]-5Z-hexenoic acid methyl ester (I) was acylated with 4-chloro-2-methylbenzenesulfonyl chloride (II) to produce the corresponding sulfonamide (III).Hydrolysis of the methyl ester of (III) employing NaOH furnished the title carboxylic acid.
